I love these beautiful creatures......do you think it is right to track animals or get too involved with them, or is it best to leave them be?

I always think its rather crazy for there to be animal welfare charities when there are Humans dying, yet still Gods creation deserves respect.

They are impressive creatures Sarah. I think we should study animals and certainly not do anything to harm them but to put them over and above humans that are in need is wrong headed.

They are impressive creatures Sarah. I think we should study animals and certainly not do anything to harm them but to put them over and above humans that are in need is wrong headed.

I think in some cases they should be put over humans, like in situations where their decline is caused by human activity.  We have a responsibility to G-d's creatures to try to correct our mistakes and minimize the damage done by human related activities.

However if there is a starving life to save and it goes unnoticed whilst a stray dog is being given a home, then this is sick.

I can't speak for England , but in Australia nobody starves unless it's by their own stupidity. My dog (RIP) was worth infinitely more than the loosers who p their welfare cheques away on booze and poker machines. How about all those people in Africa who have been robbed of their money and land by the evil greedy governments?!
They are still Humans, and many of them are innocent, shouldn't their lives be helped to save. A lot of them are Christians as well.

They are still Humans, and many of them are innocent, shouldn't their lives be helped to save. A lot of them are Christians as well.

It's their problem.  Europeans are bled dry by their governments too.  But I don't see you demanding that black Africans come and liberate us from our own corrupt governments.

Maybe deep down your paternalistic attitude to blacks is the best demonstration of how racist you really are.  Thinking that blacks need our help all the time.

Go to Africa and do it yourself.

Forget Blacks as such, there are people all over the world that need help, in russia, china etc. I am not FOR blacks on the grounds that you make me out to be but i do believe in helping people who are starving be they black or white!! European people on average have money, if ALL the african countries weren't so corrupt in the first place you wouldn't be seeing so many immigrants come over to Europe. A lot of countries hand over loans to these third world places with rates of interest so high the countries are completely enslaved by debt.....

Is it any good?

March of the Penguins is a very well made documentary. It is similar to a National Geographic doc that was out a few years ago. It definitely is an amazing and fascinating story.

I thought it was a pretty good film.  Interesting animals.  Also according to a recent Snapple bottle, Penguins are the only bird that can swim but not fly.  I don't know why this little bottle-cap fact stuck in my head.

I wouldn;t go so far as to say they should be put above humans, but I do agree with what you are saying basically....we have free will, free thought, and (in most cases) a conscience..........so G-d creates these situations I think to test our character, and give us the opportunity to do the right thing, but also the opportunity to fail, and learn from it.
