Atheistic British scientist to defile the Holy Land
« on: April 18, 2013, 09:09:46 PM »
Atheistic British 'scientist' Stephen Hawking is set to defile the Holy Land with his apikorsus when he, even though speechless, 'addresses' the 'Peres Conference' initiated by the equally verminous Shimon Peres (nee Szymon Perski) http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/166765#.UXCYZctBTn4
including that "G-d is not needed to explain the universe", verdamt noch mahl!

I cannot stand this piece of drek. He is so arrogant and his Klippah so thick that he must be granted power by the Sitra Achra..

Being that Hawking has not spoken or moved for 30 years, it is claimed that there is a "Hawking Conspiracy", and all the drivel supposedly attributed to him is in fact from a cabal of evil British scientists with a subversive Relativistic/moral relativistic/atheistic/evolutionist agenda.

They derive their energy from the Sitra Achara in order to oppose the gains the British Scientific Creationists would otherwise make in restoring belief in the Creator and the Torah.

Palestinian activists seek to derail major Jerusalem film
Crispian Balmer
April 19, 2013

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Palestinian activists tried to derail an ambitious European documentary shot in Jerusalem this week, complaining that the film would reinforce an image of Israeli sovereignty over the deeply divided city.

Producers of the Franco-German "24h Jerusalem", which sets out to depict a day-in-the-life of the troubled city, said on Friday that their plans had been badly disrupted by a last minute campaign of "intimidation and harassment".

"We very much regret what has happened, but we are still here and we will carry on shooting," said producer Thomas Kufus, hoping to recapture the success of his ground-breaking 2008 project - the day-long "24h Berlin" film.

One of the co-producers, Germany's Bayerischer Rundfunk, said their staff had faced an "onslaught of menacing calls" and threats to "inflict bodily harm", accusing Palestinian activists of trying to prevent Arabs from telling their stories.

With some 70 camera crews working across the city from 6.00 a.m. on Thursday to 6.00 a.m. on Friday, the project is one of the most ambitious documentaries ever shot in Jerusalem and had the blessing of the local Israeli authorities.

However, some Palestinian politicians and militants accused the filmmakers of failing to coordinate properly with their own authorities and said the film would present a united Jerusalem under full Israeli control.

Israelis seized East Jerusalem in the 1967 war, later annexing the land and pronouncing the city as their undivided capital in a move that has never been internationally endorsed.
Palestinians want to establish a capital of their own in East Jerusalem, including the Old City and its holy shrines.
WITHDRAWAL

"This is not one city, it is two cities," said Dimitri Diliani, spokesman in East Jerusalem for the Fatah party of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, who holds sway in Palestinian self-rule areas of the nearby West Bank.

"The whole idea of accepting the occupiers' claims that this is one city is totally wrong. This has political ramifications," he told Reuters. He denied accusations that opponents of the film had threatened any of those involved.

The producers said a handful of Palestinian cameramen and technicians had dropped out just before shooting started. More damagingly, some of the Palestinian locals they had hoped to feature in the film had withdrawn at the last minute.

"We have very strong material from the Israeli and European teams ... The Palestinians are still shooting, so we are very much working on having an equal standard in this project," said Kufus, conceding that this meant the documentary would not be filmed over a single 24-hour period as originally hoped.

The spat over the documentary, which is part-funded by the Arte television channel, has highlighted fierce opposition within some Palestinian quarters to anything that might smack of a "normalization" of Israeli control.

Cultural events, such as a U.N.-backed concert last July, have had to be abandoned in the face of pressure from activists who say any efforts to build bridges between communities should be resisted until the Israeli occupation ends.

Kufus said the problems he had faced with his film showed the ever-present tensions between Israelis and Palestinians.

"They just cannot work together. It is impossible," he said, adding: "Everything that happens here is connected to the conflict, especially on the Palestinian side."

"intimidation and harassment" is all the Islamic terrorists have. It's their only claim to any legitimate power. If you don't believe that, look at the Sunni#$%$ relationship. Even with no participation by any other nation they still kill each other every day.

But he tolerates other people's beliefs as well. Having a different opinion, or conviction or belief then you doesn't make someone 'evil'. The evil starts when they try to enforce their own way, when they use threats and violence.

But he tolerates other people's beliefs as well. Having a different opinion, or conviction or belief then you doesn't make someone 'evil'. The evil starts when they try to enforce their own way, when they use threats and violence.

It is evil to teach others that G-d does not exist. He is responsible for all those who he poisons with his psuedo-intellectual ideas.

It is also especially evil for a man who is plagued with Lou Gehrigs disease to mock the G-d who is keeping him alive beyond the normal lifetime of one with this disease.

I get frustrated with the fact that so many scientists are atheist. Richard Dawkins for example has said that he considers religious claims to be a rival to science rather than being compatible with it and that he feels that in order for science to win that people basically have to be told that religion is wrong. I really hate that kind of absolutist thinking. Science doesn't outright prove God, but science doesn't make God impossible either.

Dawkins is a weasel and coward              http://www.evolutionnews.org/2013/03/richard_dawkins_4069901.html

Richard Dawkins's Selective Courage
David Klinghoffer March 7, 2013 2:31 PM | Permalink

I've noted in the past that Richard Dawkins is very forthcoming with arguments, insults, and bullying directed at non-scientists and especially folks who adhere to Biblical creationism, even as he is notably hesitant about engaging scientists who advocate intelligent design and who would present him with the evidence of purpose and design in life. Even a fellow atheist has called Dawkins a coward for refusing to debate Center for Science & Culture fellow William Lane Craig.

In fact, Dawkins simply refuses to properly confront the arguments for ID -- never mind in the high-stress context of a public debate but even in the safety of his own books, where he also prefers to lambaste creationists. In this he's a lot like other prominent champions of Darwinism.

Now in a very different context, Dr. Dawkins is being called out as being somewhat less than heroic. He is of course a great fountain of abuse and contempt for Judaism and Christianity, but were you ever curious about what he'd say if somebody queried him on the merits of Islam?

Well, it happened. Douglas Murray writes in the Jewish Chronicle:

In a recent Al-Jazeerah interview, Richard Dawkins was asked his views on God. He argued that the god of "the Tanach" is "hideous" and "a monster," and reiterated his claim from The God Delusion that the God of the Torah is the most unpleasant character "in fiction." Asked if he thought the same of the God of the Koran, Dawkins ducked the question, saying: "Well, um, the God of the Koran I don't know so much about."

How can it be that the world's most fearless atheist, celebrated for his strident opinions on the Christian and Jewish Gods, could profess to know so little about the God of the Koran? Has he not had the time? Or is Professor Dawkins simply demonstrating that most crucial trait of his species: survival instinct.

Two cheers for Al-Jazeerah for posing the question. That is delicious. Clearly, the risk-averse Dr. Dawkins knows what's good for him. You can spend all your time railing in public against "hideous" and "monstrous" Christian and Jewish beliefs without fearing for a moment for your safety. Some members of other faiths would be less easygoing.
Thy destroyers and they that make thee waste shall go forth of thee.  Isaiah 49:17

Very occasionally a British atheist recants eg Malcolm Muggeridge, a big lifelong atheist pundit, became a strong opponent of Evolution in his last days

Yemach Shemo Richard Dawkins, may his soul rot in gehinnom for his slander against the merciful and loving G-d of Israel. How dare he defame and slander Hashem the way he did. Doesn't anyone else feel this man deserves to have his books burned and his memory obliterated? I feel that the honor of Hashem requires me to destroy all traces of this piece of dirt...

Yepp, Dawkins also slandered the Macabbes as being Jewish religious fanatics while defending the evil Hellinist Greeks!

Rashi (translation by Rabbis Ben Isaiah and Sharfman) in his commentary to Dvarim (Deuteronomy) 23:9 compares the lighter punishments that the nations of Edom and Egypt received to the heavier punishment that Amon and Moav (Moab) received.
He concludes:
Quote
Hence you learn that one who causes a person to commit a sin, it is worse for him than if he kills him: for if he kills him, he kills him in this world, but if causes him to commit a sin, he removes him from this world and from the world to come.
Consequently, the Edomites who met them with the sword were not abhorred; and similarly the Egyptians who drowned them (their infants); but those who caused them to sin, were abhorred.
We see from this perspective that the wicked, Dawkins is worse than a killer.

A: He's FULL of it! He knew all along he was not really going to do the conference and did it for his own pro-fakestinian agenda. Pretending that he was going to go and then "pull out" in protest. What a hypocrite, he knew it and did it to blow his fakestinian agenda in the headlines.

B: As soon as he set "foot" (or wheel) on the Holy Land, he knew he would spontaneously combust...the land being too holy to stand the likes of him.

Right Wing political pundit Steven Plaut writes:

Stephen Hawking, the well-known physicist in the wheel chair, is joining the jihad against Israel.  As reported here (http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4377536,00.html ), Hawking is boycotting a conference in Jerusalem as protest against "Israel's treatment of Palestinians."   He says it is "based on his knowledge of Palestine," which evidently does not include the simple fact that there is no such country as Palestine and no such thing as a Palestinian.   Hawking has never boycotted the UK because of its illegal occupations of Ulster, Scotland, Wales, Gibraltar, the Shetlands, the Falklands, or the Isle of Wight.  I am also unhappy with Israel's treatment of Palestinians, since I consider it far too weak and namby-pamby and pusillanimous, but I do not think that is what Hawking meant and I am not boycotting Israel over it.

Hawking of course is not the first Nobel Prize winner to demonstrate complete idiocy when it comes to the Middle East.  Even inside Israel and even if you ignore the political Nobel Prizes (like the one Shimon Peres got), there are three Israeli Nobel Prize winners who have proven that they are total leftist morons when it comes to politics.

Having noted all this, the question remains of how Israel should respond to the malicious comments by Hawking and his toadying for the BDS terrorists.

I have a suggestion: I suggest that the people of Israel send Hawking for a free trip on the Achille Lauro!!

[For those who do not recall the event, in 1985 terrorists from the PLO took over the cruise ship Achille Lauro and murdered the wheelchair-bound Leon Klinghoffer, dumping his body into the ocean. See http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/Terrorism/achille.html.   There is a small memorial to Klinghoffer in Haifa's Rambam hospital, which I visit regularly.]

And now Plaut writes this:

I am afraid I am trying your patience today but I now need to correct my earlier correction.  The original story about Stephen Hawking boycotting Israel turns out to be correct.  The announcement that this was a hoax turns out to be wrong and was itself a hoax.  I realize this is frustrating and confusing.  Apologies for my role in the confusion.

I have one important proposal.  Israel, it turns out, is a leading player in research on ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease, which is what Hawking has.  See http://israel21c.org/health/israeli-clinical-study-offers-hope-to-als-patients/, although there are lots of other stories about this on the web.   I would like to propose that if Israeli researchers discover a cure for the disease, it should be refused to Stephen Hawking.   After all, we would not want to compromise his strong moral stand on behalf of the "suffering Palestinians"!   And boycott for the goose is also boycott for the gander.  Let us not put Hawking into any uncomfortable ethical position now that he has decided to join the BDS terrorists and boycott Israel.  So let us help him avoid compromising his principles and simply let him know in advance that he will be denied any cure for ALS that ever comes out of any Israeli institution or research.

Statement on Professor Hawking and Jerusalem conference:

8 June 2013

A University spokesman said:

“We have now received confirmation from Professor Hawking’s office that a letter was sent on Friday to the Israeli President’s office regarding his decision not to attend the Presidential Conference, based on advice from Palestinian academics that he should respect the boycott.

“We had understood previously that his decision was based purely on health grounds having been advised by doctors not to fly.”

This has now been confirmed on numerous web sites including http://www.timesofisrael.com/hawking-is-indeed-boycotting-peress-jerusalem-meet/ and
     http://www.algemeiner.com/2013/05/08/about-face-cambridge-confirms-hawking-is-boycotting-israel/

It grieves me that so many prominent scientists are so at odds with Bible believers, and vice versa.
