 Hard to say if this liberal girl is genuinely this ignorant which would qualify her to live in Benghazi, or
 is asking these questions for shock effect. The amusing rebuttle coming from the young guy sitting at the beach
 at the end of the video made the most sense and smart as compared to most of the others.

I think she thinks she's being very clever--which she may be.  She's highlighting how ignorant Americans don't even know that Benghazi is a place.  She does this routinely across college campuses, which makes me think that she is actually a conservative making fun of ignorant liberals.  Notice how she didn't purse the one guy who knew what this was. He walked away from her in amazement of how a person could be, presumably advertising their ignorance for a camera
