It was back in 1990 though not much have changed there since in terms of wickedness and cruelty. Samuel Doe was the first "African" dictator of Liberia, a country that had been ruled by former slaves returning from America ever since it had been founded. He was also a Jew hater who spoke against Israel and the zionists in the UN.
