1981 Kach Platform

R.Kahane's platform for the 1981 election:

"The people of Israel is a holy people, a people separated from the nations and their cultures-which are absolutely alien-a people chosen to follow the ways of
G-d.

•Eretz Israel belongs to the Jewish people only.   The State of Israel is of divine origin and constitutes the beginning of divine deliverance. There is no "Palestinian People" and there will not be a "Palestinian State." Any withdrawal and any fear of the non-Jew is a desecration of the divine Name!

Therefore:   

.A law will be passed by the Knesset for removal of the Arabs from the whole Land of Israel, before they become the majority and put an end to the State of the Jews.

.Meanwhile, there will be a mandatory death penalty for the terrorists. The agitators and rock-throwers will be expelled. Soldiers and border police will be freed from the present restrictions curtailing their activities.

.Arab control of the Temple Mount will be abolished and full Jewish sovereignty will be imposed. Jews will be allowed to pray in those areas permitted by Halachic ruling

.Jewish sovereignty will be declared immediately over all Israeli territories and Jews will be able to settle everywhere, without limitation.

.All necessary steps will be taken to guarantee the security of Jews throughout our country.

ECONOMY

.Legislation for the creation of a free economy based on modern principles, free from all "Socialist-Marxist" influence, will be introduced.

.The stranglehold of the Histadrut upon the Israeli economy will be broken. The Histadrut will become a workers' union only.

.The Hevrat Haovdim (Workers' Corporation) will be broken up and its firms sold to the public.

.The farmers will be freed from the control of the buying and marketing collective organizations. Their property will be registered individually in the National Land Registry under the name of the farmer, including water-rights.
Produce will be marketed independently and freely.
The preference currently granted to the kibbutzim over other forms of settlements will be ended.

.From now on, work will be provided to Jews first, in conformity with the Torah principle: "The poor of your people come first."

.Security of employment, decent salaries and good housing will be the natural results of industrial growth in a free economy and lower tax-enviroment, especially in development towns. The Histadrut monopolies which exploit workers and pay them starvation wages having been dismantled, the standard of living of the underpriviledged will rise

•A law for National Health Insurance will be passed. "
