Tho men certainly took aspects from Judaism during their creation of Islam; Judaism and Islam are still vastly different and are like Oil and water.
The main difference (Their are Many) between Islam and Judaism is that Islam Is the worlds largest man made cult.
And on the other side of the spectrum-
Halakha (Jewish Law) Is the divine Holy law rooted in the True faith In the 1 true G-d.
