G-d willing they will spilt.  It's the only way for any of them to hold on to an notion of identity and not end up like the EU.  You know, a very good book on the break up of the British Empire and all the corruption etc. is "Fabian Freeway" by Rose Martin.  I hope you all find it informative.  There was one on the EU called "The Great Deception" or something like that....   :)

I hope so,before we lose our national i dentity which seems to be the policy of the current government they allow and afford islam a greater say in  politics,splitting the Union may stop that, regional loyalty is much stronger than british loyalty.I say that as a proud Englishman.I do not oppose the splitting of the Union on those grounds.

In all honesty I think Great Britian lost the title of "Great" the day Lehey and the Irgun blew up the King David Hotel.  Because of that single incodent, Britain lost their entire foothold in the Middle East and their Empire literally crumbled.  imo.  Of couse there are many other considerations that were involved and it coincided with the Fabian Societies influance on British foreign policy but the King David hotel held so much invaluable information that was lost and Britain went with it.... ;)
