The BBB is not a government organization but it sure functions like one, inefficient. From personal experience, it is very rare to find a government run bureaucracy that has caring employees or is efficient. Of course, Liberals would love to see the world become a government bureaucracy because they are control freaks who don't think people can function without free things or oversight into every area of their lives.
