World Zionist Congress Elections

Does JTF endorse a party? The local Religious Zionists where I live say to vote for the Religious Zionist slate (basically the Mamlachti ones which includes Bnei Akiva and World Mizrachi). The above Arutz 7 article is about a Non-Mamlachti Religious Zionist party that is probably the closest to Kahanist out of all the parties.

However, to vote you must pay 10 dollars to the American Zionist Organization which is basically the American branch of the WZO. The American Zionist Congress sends delegates to the World Zionist Congress.

Is it worth it to vote? I don't see how we would have any say. By voting and paying 10 dollars, it also funds evil stuff that they support. Many of the other parties running are Bolshevik Leftist groups such as the Deform "Zionists" and other Left Wing extremist parties.

Does the WZO actually have a say on what happens in Israel? Will they fight for defending the Land of Israel?

The following is the website that lists the organizations/ slates of people in the election and their platforms:

If they are religious zionists, for how long have they been religious zionists and why do they still live in the galut?
If someone says something bad about you, say something nice about them. That way, both of you would be lying.

In your heart you know WE are right and in your guts you know THEY are nuts!

If Religious Zionists took over the whole WZO, would it really help Israel? What if Kahanists took over the WZO? Would that help Israel? The PM of Israel doesn't have to listen to the WZO so is it even worth having a World Zionist Congress? If it's about funding, shouldn't Religious Zionists donate directly to Right Wing causes in Israel and get rid of the bureaucracy?

After looking over the various platforms and slates,  I decided to vote for the "Zionist Organization of America/ZOA: Defend Jews & Israeli Rights" slate.  The key reasons being as follows:

1.  The ZOA slate emphasizes Jews' rights to live in Judea and Samaria.

2.  The ZOA slate opposes a Fatah-Hamas terrorist state,  calls for the U.S. to stop funding the Fatah-Hamas regime,  and points out that the Fatah and Hamas charters call for the destruction of Israel.

3.  The ZOA slate will work for Jonathan Pollard's release.

4.  The ZOA slate has worked hard to disqualify the ultra leftist 'HATIKVAH' J-Street slate,  including stressing that the name that slate uses is the antithesis of what they stand for.

5.  The "Zionist Organization of America/ZOA: Defend Jews & Israeli Rights" slate has a number of people that jump out as people that are major assets in advocating Pro Israel positions.  The ZOA slate includes Helen Freedman, Judith Freedman-Kadish and Mark Langfan from AFSI, one of the best Pro Israel organizations.
