bcc means blind cc, so whatever addresses you put into the bcc address box will not show up in the emails and the recipients won't see any of the other emails.

Here is a program you can use to send out mass emails that works very well and you can use the demo to do this:

It will use your own mail server (sorry, it doesn't work with Yahoo!, Google, or Hotmail web mail) and will send each person an email addressed to them.

If you have any problems using this, I will try to help but I am very overwhelmed so it may take me some time.

That sounds a bit "extreme" to me. Remember what Jimmy said:

Also remember to talk about the cause Chaim fought for.

I got the same one Jimmy said not to worry about it anytime you do that many mailings a few of them come back that way. I got three out of all that were on the list.You may get two more back

I would just like to bring to your attention a matter that is very close to
my heart.  A great Jew named Chaim Ben Pesach (English: Victor Vancier) is
currently not allowed in Israel. The only reason is that he cared so much
about Soviety Jewry that he was willing to sacrifice his life and bomb
DIPLOMATIC targets of the Soviets to make the plight of Soviet Jews a front
page issue.

That actually did work. What he did was illegal and he did his time in
prison for this. He spent years in maximum security prisons.

But isn't that enough?

It seems crazy that Yassir Arafat who
was responsible for the murder of many many Jews was invited into Israel,

great injustice.

I sent them.  In yahoo, they don't let you do all of them at the same time, they only let you bcc like 15-20 at once so I broke the list up.

I have sent emails out to all names on the list separately and use the correct gender title before the name to show it was an individual email. I hope it was helpful. 

Likewise. People should also make sure of "Dr.", "Ms.", and "Rabbi."

I think, to make it easier, you can just use "Dear MK [lastname]" as a salutation.
