Ditto on that one! The answer is very simple yet hard to have enough discipline to actually be consistent on: Go running and cut out the junk food.

I play sports for exercise and love to compete in sporting events... basketball,soccer,tennis,golf etc.
If you guys want to play in any one of those, let me know

My father is always telling me how I have the best place to run since I live right up the hill from Van Cortland Park in Riverdale. If any of you would like to hang in Van Cortland Park, I'd certainly be up for that.

Junk food is not a problem.  I exercise on a semi regular basis.  I do need to exercise more but, as I've gotten older, my metabolism has slowed down.  I now have to work out 40-50 minutes 3 times a week to stay where I'm currently at.  I need to boost it up to 1 hr workouts 4 times a week.
