Dreams

Does the Torah, Talmud or anything else say anything about dreams?  Dreams as in what occurs while people sleep, though it varies as to how often people remember them.

Ya'akov dreams are very famouse, as "Sulam Yaakov" dream ..
Not a foreign land we took and not with foreign possession but a land that belong to our ancestors that was occupied without a trial. And when we had the opportunity, we took our land back.

He means the dream of Jacob's Ladder in Bet El.
