Serbian Army
« on: January 02, 2017, 10:58:10 AM »
Serbia is finally arming!

We are getting as a military aid from Russia:

6 MiG-29 multirole fighters
30 T-72B3 main battle tanks
30 BRDM-2 armored reconnaissance vehicles

They are not new, but are all for free. We will only pay for general overhaul and modernisation of 6+4 MiG-s (we already have 4), and it will be a bellow market price.
They will have radars with a range of 120km, and we will buy air-to-air missiles what have a range of 80km. With them, will have one of the most capable multirole fighter aircrafts in Europe.

We had also bought 2 new Mi-17 medium multirole/transport helicopters, which have arrived couple of months ago.

We are also buying 9 new Airbus H145M light utility helicopters (6 for army, 3 for police).

Still no confirmed news on air defence systems. It seems that it will have to wait for 2018.
But there is a talk of possible 2K22 Tunguska short range, Buk M-1/M-2 medium range tactical air defence systems. And also, but not likely, FD-2000 long range strategic air-defence system. We will see.

If Obama's troop build up in Lituania and Poland creates hostilities with Russia that go further than words and deployments, where would Serbia stand?

Serbia would not interfere. Besides, they (NATO) can not defeat us in a ground war. But they are welcome to try.

We will get 8 (not 12) MiG-29s from Belarus for free, and we will pay for overhaul and modernisation. But, they are also giving us 2 divisions (2 x 3-4 batteries) of Buk air defence systems, which will also be modernised.

Serbia should push Trump to sit on or support Serbia kicking out the illegal immigrants now. He beat Clinton, maybe he'll be as much of a friend if you ask as she was an enemy.

Lol, that would take a while.

Israel's tech is being held back because America doesn't want Israel to make weapons, I wish they would do secret deals with Serbia and other non-goat-pimping nations, and then we'd advance past the savages in a hurry.

That is nothing. They are just passing through on their way to western Europe. And they are not refugees, they are migrants. Unless you mean Serbian refugees from occupied Serbian lands.

The real propblem are traitors that rule Serbia. They are destroying our country every day. And they are preparing in the comming months to give away Kosovo and Metohija to Albanians for good.

You guys have the prayers from Chaim and all of JTF.

Atleast us in Israel have a right-wing enclave in the Wild West Bank.

You Euros are stuck. The governments want to destroy you all. They want to kill us truthtellers off aswell, but we can atleast exist outside the realm of law.

Saying Russia loves Serbia is like saying America loves Israel. You're probably fine to be with their citizens, but you're suicidal if you trust their government.

Serbia has received 6 MiG-29. One was returned to the Russia for an overhaul. So, now we have 10 in total The ones we received are a newer versions. All 10 will be overhauled and modernised to some standard that will be (I hope) close to SMT. But maybe it will be M2. They will have long range rarads and long range air-to-air missiles, and will be amongst the most capable fighetrs in Europe.

We should receive 7 or 8 more MiG-29 from Belarus. We will see next year. I hope we get them.

But we still need strategic air defence system. S-300 or S-400 would be ideal. Without that, we can not defend your airspace from aggression.
