These people are a real threat to Jewish safety.   They are hateful and violent.   No reason to attack a guy for pointing it out.

So what are the strategies to defeat these groups?

IMO, one track is to undermine their ideology by showing the falsehood of their antisemitic claims which they use to brainwash people.  That's naturally something I think could be a useful strategy.   What else is there?
