Chaim said on a video that both Sara and Binyamin were married when they met each other and became involved. If she was married and they slept together, how were they permitted to get married? A woman who cheats on her husband is prohibited to her husband and also the man she did it with. If they were not permitted to get married under Halacha, does that make their sons mamzerim?

No because if indeed Sarah had been previously married she must have gotten a valid divorce. Even if theoretically she was not permitted to marry Bibi that doesn't make the children mamzers since their mother was not married to another man. Moreover I suppose that you are making some erroneous conclusions regarding the validity of their marriage. I don't think it is so easy to invalidate legal marriage (also in the eyes of halacha) after the fact and especially since it is based on a hearsay alone. Any reservations should have been spoken before the marriage had been approved.
