Do the new abortionn laws in NY allow infanticide of healthy viable babies?

There is allot of slogans being thrown and I cannot find the bottom line of what these laws mean. If I understand correctly it's enough that the mother's health is "deemed at risk" to procede with a so called abortion. Even if the baby is perfectly healthy and viable and can be safely denlivered in a procedure that may not risk the mother's health.

In Torah Law, a pregnant woman whose own life is at risk because of her pregnancy is permitted to have an abortion.

Yes there is no question in that case. The problem is the way the law is phrased the health risk is not defined, leaving it entirely in the hands of the woman and her health care provider who doesn't even have to be a medical doctor.

If the health risk is only emotional, aborting the fetus is forbidden. If NY law contradicts Torah Law, Gentile women are obligated to follow Torah Law.
