The culture that this guy was raised in is obviously toxic. Gangs, rap, alcohol & drugs spiced with a little bit of "vulgar Islam". This is a much more dangerous mix than pure salafism. Look at the statistics. Most murders are committed by types of this. Nearly every terrorist comes from this background.

Imo this people are lost and have to be placed permanently in internment camps or deported if possible.

They do terrorist attacks all the time and kill lots of people. The Chinese government is trying many things to deal with them. It just doesn't make the news much because China and free press aren't friends.
