I spoked with Hrvatski Noahid on the phone. His apartment and building are heavily damaged. He and his family members are in shock, but they are not hurt.

Hashem is the most kind being, and any kindness that anyone else has is only a reflection of His own kindness.  Heart surgeons also seem terrifying when they are saving lives, if you don't know what's going on. It's complete and utter arrogance for a person to say exactly why a bad thing happened to another person, as it says in the book of Job, "were you there when Hashem made the world?", but I'm going to go ahead and hope that Hashem planned it all out for you to get a great wife and more money.
