I think myself, that i.e an electric chair, a poison injection or even a gas chamber are very cruel and unusual kinds of executions.

For thousands of years people were executed with the sword or hanged at a gallow in a normal way. Why this is not used in US anymore? It is very cheap in addition and very fast.
