The CNN program about religion
« on: September 30, 2007, 09:27:32 AM »
What did JTF think about that CNN program from last month that focuses on each religion?

The so-called journalist seemed to have an agenda.  During both the Judaism and Christianity programs, the woman interviewed Jimmy Carter.  She also falsely gave the impression that Judaism and Christianity ever promote violence.  She never looked at any of the scriptures.

The crusades went badly wrong, but they were initiated as a war of defence.

Bad? It was a war that killed thousands of Jews because they didnt believe that Jesus was mashiach. They went to kill the Muslims, and the Jews were in the way.

They sent people brutes to do what should have been the job of trained soldiers, it went very badly wrong, though the ideas behind it were noble. They were meant to be going to stop the muslims, and protect the Jewish and Christian inhabitants of what had been the Byzantine empire.

I thought it was pathetic at how she tried to compare Muslim terrorists to Jewish settlers and Religious Christians. No person of remote intelligence would believe such bs. If you go on IsraelNationalNews.com they had an article about it like a month ago which showed all the inaccuracies in her "reporting." Nonetheless no one can say that they are surprised. CNN has always been pro-Arab/Muslim and anti-Israel/Jewish/Religious Christian.
