Morally it's the right thing to do. So as usual in these cases, there are a million disconnected facts that point to it being problematic, and as always it'll bring good in an area no one considered.

He pardoned dead people who were convicted over 100 years ago. He should pardon Pollard and Pollard should be given reparations for the wrongs done to him by the Federal Government.
