By giving them billions of frozen assets back? What they will do with it?

Lol. Isis and Al Quaida got strong under Obama/Biden. Even Al Quaida got lots of weapons and other support from the US during this time. Some weapons (TOW, Humvees etc.) ended even up in the hands of the IS. Trump ended them mainly by cutting this crazy support. Now US is again causing trouble by supporting Al Quaida in Idlib likewise they let IS prisoners escape from Hasaka to cause troble in eastern Syria.

US and EU citizens are soft and lazy and unwilling to fight for themselves. Russia and China will continue helping Iran with America, and Africa will sit there and do nothing.

They will try to get a big piece of the cake and there is no one I know of on Earth that can stop them.
