It is not like this. Russia has good relationship with Azerbaidschan and what happened in Karabach is not covered by the Armenian Russian defense alliance, because this areas are no part of the Armenian territory. Even Armenia has not claimed them officially as its territory.

Pashinyan on the other hand is a Soros puppet. He attacked Russia since he is in politics. He said he wanted to cooperate with Nato and leave the Russian economic zone.  In addition he refused to negotiate with Azerbaidschan  about the occupied areas. Berg Karabach is surrounded by  even bigger areas than itself, that were before the first war majority Azeri populated. The refugees were sitting in Baku and caused pressure to Aliev. Lavrov tried and tried to negotiate. Pahinyan said: Nothing! For what in the world should Russia go to war for with Azerbaidschan, without any obligation, that has never offended Russia and is a trade partner?

In the end Russia negotiated a  very good peace and mobilized the stuck traffic and trade in the area.

The part of the territory they're in happens to be right next to a territory they recently took Crimea from, and also they starved 3 million of those people under Stalin to death.

It is a completely reasonable assumption that they will invade. Especially since they just made a deal with the Chinese snakes and America can't stop him.

They will never invade, because they could kiss goodbye to assimilating Ukranians back to Russian nation. Ukrainians are Russians (genetically, etnicly or however you want to call it), that live in the Ukraine area. Ukraine is exactlly the same as Serbian Krajina. (U)kraina stands for something like "at the edge of the border", so basically a borderland. It was literary a borderland in the west of Russia. Ukraine/Krajina is a term for military border. It was like a buffer zone, highly militarised, to serve as protection from the invadors.

As you know, nations are artificial. For example the American nation. It is artificial, because it is not a seperate nationality (etnicity). They can be Russian, German, Egyptian,... But they are all Americans. The same way are Ukrainians. They have their Ukrainian nation, but their nationality (etnicity) is Russian.
The problem is that they developed their nation (in the recent history) based on hatered of Russians. Russia of course wants them back, because they are Russian people. That is why they will never invade.Because if they do then Ukrainians will forever hate them and will never go back to their historical etnicity.

I know this very well, because we have the same problems. Other nations where created by Tito from the Serbs, to decrease the number of those who call them Serbs in Yugoslavia. From the Serbs who converted to Islam (to get privilages) during the Ottoman occupation, Bosnian nation was created. Montenegrians had their Mntenegro nation before, but they where pround of their Serbian etnicity. Tito later turned them into pure Montenegrians, and made them denounce their Serbian etnicity (well, 2/3 of them).

Yeah see Serbia and Russia are different. Russians actually don't come from Russia, they were Rus vikings drom Denmark that conquered Russia. Russia has been sending massive numbers of Russians to live in the neighbouring states, less so now than under communism, but now they can claim its just us. Ukrainians have their own nationality, and I'm sure you know how many fights you can get in a day calling thrm Russians one by one.

Artsakh belongs to Armenia, not to the invading Turkic horde that took the name of an Iranian region. Russia will pay for its collaboration with Azerbaijan with more Pan-Turkic and Islamic terrorist activity from its own Turkic populated regions. Especially when it finishes building Turkey's Akkuyu nuclear plant in 2023. This war was a Jihad that the infidels in that region lost, and the full price is yet to be paid. It was also a monumentally stupid move by Israel's moronic leaders to sell them advanced weapons, and it will come back to haunt us (much like the Israeli aid to Iran during tne Iran Iraq war).

And just to be clear, I am far from being a fan of Armenia to put it mildly....... but neo-Ottoman Turkey and its pan-Turkic network of satellite states from the Caucasus to central Asia are a threat to the region and the whole world.

Turkey is most interested to build an axis with expansionist China and Muslamic terrorist Pakistan. Along with this Turkey has the dream of building their neo-Turkish Caliphate from Albania, Kosovo and Central Asia up to Pakistan. That is why Erdogan is playing so many acrobatics and they supported Azerbaijan.
