If you get drunk, you lose control of your actions and if you G-d forbid commit a crime, it is a legitimate reason, you were drunk, not that it should reduce the penalty or every criminal will drink first to get off if stopped.
Only in places with ill informed right wings and tyrannical elitist governments could they pull of this compound insult. To explain;
1. The founder of Islam affected his decision to murder more than weed could possibly ever do.
2. Weed puts you into your head almost entirely, and any actions you do are more premeditated than usual. You create precedent for killing whoever you want as long as you smoke, which many people can do all day with little discernable effect.
A muslim Jew hater tells a European Jew hater he smokes weed to give an excuse to free him, and for someone reason on even the frontpage, it managed to misdirect everyone from the blood on the hands of the judge and what amounts to a weed licence to kill for all mudrats.
But it does work there. And were it conversation and not writing, the asinine comments I get would make it impossible to get through all this in the time of an attention span. So as usual, when this happens in Europe, only 3 things to say: it will happen again, no one will do anything, and it will be worse next time.
