Clarence Thomas
« on: October 08, 2007, 12:30:58 AM »
Well now the news media is celebrating Clarence Thomas for just saying he won't follow in the foot steps of other black judges. The man was accused of sexual harrassment! He is a sick-minded person, who has a vast porn addiction. He's also a former "equal" opportunity worker. Why are we celebrating a man who womanized and has a sick addiction to looking at nasty images. It's pretty well known that just about every judge has a favorably black point of view. Without a shadow of a doubt this man probably ruled unfairly countless times. He's also one of those whiny blacks who complains about being held down by the white man, and wrote so in his book.

Looks like America has jumped on the bandwagon of another piece of black filth.

WHAT????  I think you have it wrong about Justice Thomas.  He is example number 1 of the type of person a minority should look up to.

Most folks forget that Clarence Tomas replaced a prior black justice named Thurgood Marshall. In 1934, Marshall was appointed as an assistant to special counsel Charles Hamilton Houston, who worked for the Baltimore branch of the NAACP. In 1938, Marshall became a special assistant to the NAACP. Marshall represented clients with civil rights cases all over the United States.  He served as chief attorney for the NAACP. President Kennedy nominated him for appointment to the Second Supreme Court of Appeals in 1961. President Lyndon B. Johnson nominated Marshall for appointment as Solicitor General of the United States. In August of 1965, Judge Marshall took his oath In June of 1967, President Lyndon B. Johnson nominated Judge Marshall to become an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. In the last part of his life Marshall already a radical liberal became senile and refused to step down despite this fact. This nasty animal remained on the bench until his health became so bad  in 1991 that it became pointless for him to continue. From  his appointment on  that seat has been known as the black seat on the Supreme Court. It has been called that by most presidents since LBJ. I guess old Marshall's assistants were trying to get him to the up coming elections in 1992 in the hope that Bush Sr. would be voted out of office and another radical liberal black could be appointed.
As for Clarence Tomas I have to say that to date he has been a very good Justice. If this seat had to go to a black it could not have gone to a more qualified person. What took place at the time of his appointment is a classic example of how the Liberal left will destroy any black person with potential in order to perpetuate the affirmative action cycle of dependence. To this day despite the fact that he writes some of the best briefs to come out of the court  he is still being spoken of negatively by liberal groups. Why is it that when a black person make good they feel they need to bring him or her down? For my tastes I would rather see a few more Clarence Thomas's on the court and a few less Ruth Bader Ginsburg's. Look at the record and not what the liberal left wants you to believe and you will find that Thomas's appointment was not such a bad deal.

It's not if you are black or white...it's if you have a decent enough mind and moral quality that should make one qualify as a Supreme Court justice..in other words, I agree with you.

Thomas has been a excellent judge, one of his initiatives has been to argue that lawyers need to write legal opinions in a manner that anyone can read and understand.

Whatever you think about him, we'll need him for the next abortion trial. He'll be critical in my opinion at swiping at the insanely arbitrary dictatorial ruling of Roe v. Wade.
I don't get why everyone is so anti-abortion and anti-birth control. Jews and Righteous Christians of course should not use such things, but all the wonderful feminist groups should go to Israel and teach the Arab-Muslims living there about the "great benefits" of abortion and birth control.

I find it interesting that Thomas's book is coming out at the same time as the sexual harassment verdict against Isiah Thomas.

Well then explain to me why he's so great. Explain why anyone should respect this man based on the charges he was brought up on.

All I'm saying is the man does not deserve to be worshipped. Why else do you think the news media is doing this? The news media only worships cowards, frauds and criminals.

This is the second time you claim I don't know what I'm talking about, because you disagree with me. Duncan Hunter is not all you make him out to be. He would not make a good president. He can't even take charge during the debates, so, how is he going to take charge of this country? A carefree approach during the debates means a carefree attitude in the oval office.

It seems sexual harassment is a ongoing problem with black celebrities. In the last few years its been one after another. When has it been lately that one is not in the news. In Thomas's case it was just liberals trying to discredit him with an accusation like that. There was no way they wanted another  conservative on the bench let alone a black one occupying Marshall's old seat. They cooked up a story against Thomas that they thought white America would detest the most a sexual abusive [censored] accusation. Well surprise, surprise people saw through that BS and did the right thing. You know how the Liberals like to say. "Just do the right thing". And thats what Bush Sr and the congress did ;) Talk about a Liberals worst nightmare a conservative black Supreme Court justice ;D ;D
