Gentiles are obligated to fulfill the Seven Noahide Commandments because they are the eternal command of God, transmitted through Moses our teacher in the Torah. The main and best book on details of Noahide observance is "The Divine Code" by Rabbi Moshe Weiner.

Well done. I believe that the original ones
were not only not true believers in the one
and only sacred covenant of HaShem and
of the commandments that he presented to
Moses and they did not want to keep them
which only got worse over time. There are
also surely many things that aren’t in the Holy
Hebrew Bible that people believe in, which is
 truly unfortunate.
