It's an idiotic statement that doesn't even make any sense. It's a mixture of affirmative action understanding of History and the Bible together with "everybody was black, UMM HMM".

Are they referring to the fight against the Midianites when Pinchas killed a self-hating Jew and the Midianite woman he slept with? I guess they thought she was black because her first name was Cozbi, similar to a certain schvartza who was in jail for his own sexual conduct. UMM HMM!
