You are the one who suggested it most likely because you wanted to be a moderator who had access to JTFers' phone information.  Telegram is not really used much in the West.  It seems to be more popular among the Slavs.

There is always an obligation to expend effort, but a Gentile is not obligated to spend money to save another person or put himself in mortal danger.
