What is the deal that some people cpme to shul dressed like Mexican peasants?

I  mean really sandals with no socks,shirts hanging out like slobs & jeans our guides should be the rabbanim when did you ever see a rav coming to shul dressed like a a Mexican peasant? It is just totally tasteless how some people dress to go to shul!!!!
