Who cares? There is no prohibition for a Gentile man to have relations with a Gentile woman during her menstrual period according to Rashi on Tractate Avodah Zarah 36b, and Tractate Sanhedrin 82a.

True but this is one of things that Islam appropriated from Judaism just like they did Halal which is cheap & extremely altered  imitation of Kashrut & prostration which they totally ripped off from the way Jews prostrated in the days when the Temple stood & still do on Rosh HaShana & Yom Kippur!!
