Back in the dark ages, so-called "experts" thought Camel cigarettes were healthy, and they also thought camel jockeys belong in the Holy Land.  But ever since the advent of Rabbi Kahane, people have gradually become more enlightened.
Jeremiah 16:19 O Lord, Who are my power and my strength and my refuge in the day of trouble, to You nations will come from the ends of the earth and say, "Only lies have our fathers handed down to us, emptiness in which there is nothing of any avail!

Zechariah 8:23 So said the Lord of Hosts: In those days, when ten men of all the languages of the nations shall take hold of the skirt of a Jewish man, saying, "Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you."

Alcohol for a mitzvah, like drinking wine on Shabbat is fine.

Otherwise, your views are spot on.

Or when in doubt, just don't eat it.  In general, eating less is still better.

The Sages taught that a man's semen is the strength of his body, his body's life-force, and light of his eyes, and if a man habitually ejaculates overly much, his body and his physical power are weakened, and his life span is shortened. This even includes a man who makes it his habit to engage overindulgently in permitted sexual relations, beyond his expected conjugal duties to his wife - his old age advances upon him prematurely, his strength is weakened, his eyesight diminishes, his mouth and his armpits emit foul odors, and his hair falls out, to name a few of the resulting physical problems and malfunctions that the Sages warned of. With this loss of strength, various pains and medical susceptibilities will come upon him. The wise doctors of earlier generations said that one man in a thousand dies from unrelated illnesses, and the rest die from physical problems that develop from their excessive sexual relations (and masturbation).
Gentiles are obligated to fulfill the Seven Noahide Commandments because they are the eternal command of God, transmitted through Moses our teacher in the Torah. The main and best book on details of Noahide observance is "The Divine Code" by Rabbi Moshe Weiner.

The sages were referring to a spiritual death.  A man who is forever engaged in sexual acts is visually blinded and cannot perceive the shechinah.

The sages used this analogy to discourage too much sexual activity, as you state, forbidden or permitted.  The Book of Jubilees even states that sex is forbidden on the Sabbath because it is considered "work", but that's an incorrect interpretation, as it is not work, but perhaps the author too was trying to discourage it for the same reason, and said book is not included in the apocrypha.

According to the son-in-law of Don Astruc Des Gabbai, one of the wise old men from the students of the yeshivah of Rabbenu Meshulam, circumcision is an important step to curbing masturbation.  Whether this helps if the procedure is done at a later age is questionable, but there's no doubt that it is not a myth that the unwashed uncircumcised masses are obsessed with sex (Russia, for example), and not to mention alcohol (also Russia).

The physical ailments resulting from too much sex don't apply today.  According to said Rabbi, he only described a hollowing out of ones fat reserves from too much sex.  Today, this does not apply because of the abundance of food.  Heterosexual sex (the ordinary kind, not the kind that causes aids) does not effect ones physical health in modern affluent societies where there is a lot of food.  To the contrary, sex is physically healthy but spiritually destructive.

There is nothing in Rabbi Weiner's quote suggesting the physical problems don't apply today. Its inclusion in the main codification of Noahide law gives it eternal validity.

Codification of Jewish law is a complicated matter and doesn't ever give anything "eternal validity"...  I suggest you do some research on the science of the codification in Jewish law before making such statements.  I highly recommend E. Fram's recent "Codification Of Jewish Law On The Cusp Of Modernity".

No, the physical problems do not apply.  Any doctor will tell you this.  This is not up for debate, end of discussion.

I mentioned Noahide law. After Mount Sinai, it is impossible to add, subtract or change any of the Noahide commandments forever.

You're aware that Rabbi Weiner must be deriving his conclusions from Rabbi Caro or Rabbi Isserles, yes (or perhaps Maimonidies)?

Sex is healthy for the body, the aforementioned Rabbi knew this in the 13th century, and even allows sex "for the body's physical health" when it is not done specifically to produce offspring.  What you do with your semen is not my concern and quite frankly does not interest me.

Rabbi Weiner extensively researched and cited the broad spectrum of Rabbinical sources. The bibliography for The Divine Code is available here: https://asknoah.org/wp-content/uploads/the-divine-code-bibliography.pdf

Sex might be healthy for a Jewish body. It is not healthy for a Gentile man.

Absent is his methodology for reaching a conclusion when the sources contradict each other -- but I won't get into that with you because such study has scholastic prerequisites which I have no doubt you lack.

The Jewish body and the Gentile body are indistinguishable.  The science of medicine applies equitably to both.

Back to what I originally stated -- when the sages stated those effects, they were effecting an allegory, which is something they did quite often in the Talmud...  I'm not going to get into it with you now, and I won't recommend any books on that matter because I think the language barrier in comprehending the material would be far too much for you.

But you go on holding up Rabbi Weiner's work as a bastion of light for the world -- just don't try to create your own 'new' ten commandments for the Jews.

In the few cases where a majority of the other Rishon authorities and the Shulhan Aruh all differ from Rambam, Rabbi Weiner decided the Torah Law according to their teachings, and not according to the opinion of Rambam.

There are differences between a Jewish body and a Gentile body, and between a Jewish soul and a Gentile soul.

I didn't ask for any recommendations. I have all the sources I need to live as an observant Noahide.

"According to their teachings" is meaningless and you are wasting everyone's time here with nonsensical non-answers like that.  Please go educate yourself on the codification of Jewish law before pretending to assert yourself strongly on topics that you know nothing about.

There are not differences between a Jewish and Gentile body.  All human bodies from the species Homo Sapiens var Sapiens are essentially the same.  They do not teach different types of medicine for Jews and Gentiles.  This is a stupid assertion and you are making a fool out of yourself for claiming it.

It's not meaningless. A specific example: by explaining the words of the Talmud in a completely spiritual context, Maimonides was bringing support for his opinion that the ultimate World to Come will be entirely spiritual, and that the righteous who merit it will exist there only as purified souls with no physical bodies, after a temporary period of physical resurrection. However, other Rishonim sages – including Nachmanides (see Sha'ar HaGmul) and Ra'avad (see his commentary on Mishneh Torah) – as well as the Chassidic masters, strongly disagreed and maintained that in the ultimate World to Come, the Essence of God will be revealed eternally to the righteous while they exist as souls living in their resurrected physical bodies, in the physical world.

Dr. Schulman claims there are differences between a Jewish and Gentile body. He is far more intelligent than you.

That's all very nice, but has nothing to do with the topic at hand.

Eh, yea...  I think I will abide by the fundamental principles of biology and pay zero credence to the claims made here by an uncircumcised Croatian "Rabbi".

I am a Torah scholar, not a Rabbi.

Your way of doing things doesn't change: a) you start some [censored], b) I smack you back, c) Chaim sides with me and d) you run away like a coward for a year.
