Im so happy :D
In the last 3 months, I have lost 20 KILOGRAMS !!!!!! :D :D :D :D
whoooohoooo
Basically all i did, was reduce food intake, cut ALL poison (junk food basically-Ice Cream is still my achilles Heel :::D :::D), and walk about 6 Kilom eters a day (but did nearly walk every day :-\ lol).
But of importance, Im NOT on a diet, no no! Ive had a LIVE CHANGE.
Im using the Warrior Diet, which as can be seen, is a wonder! ALSO, this diet shows Jewish Intellect at it's highest ;). The gu who developed this diet is a former MOSSAD employee, so yes, TODA Jewish Inttelect ;)
Also, TODA to the JTF member (i can't quite remember whom :-\-you know whom you are 8) TODA :-* )
But I need to thank G-D above all, for helping me achieve success, and self control.
Oh well, another 20 K's to go O0

No, not yet...still got another 20 to go, but as long as i got the muscles, it should be good. Besides, then the muscles will show, and not be camoflaged by yellow fat hahahha.
In the long run, it's better, because i would be alive for much longer, meaning more time to be feared by you know who...lol O0 8;) :::D :::D

How does this Warrior diet work? Do you have to cut down on protein, fat, or carbs? Do you have to count calories?

With the warrior diet, you brake all weight loss rules!
You stop making those corporates richer each winter!
Simply, the main basic is that you do not eat during the day, except one main meal. While eating the main meanl, you can now compensate for your fast during the day. So at compensation, you can eat as much as your body needs :)
So no more calorie counting, as you give your body 25hrs to detox the system, and burn up fat! 8;)
btw, during the fasting period, you are allowed to drink as much water as you want, also, you are allowed to eat fruit and vegetables, so really, it's not that bad at all!
The first week your body will crave the every day poisons, but after that, youre a changed person.
A note, you can eat carbohydrates, in fact, it's actually spoken of highly. BUT, it needs to be taken in small doses.

Good for you Boeregeneraal thats a great accomplishment. I can eat almost anything I like and not gain a pound but I see not everyone is in the same boat. That diet sounds very interesting and it seems like something that might actually work for the long run. Keep up the good work I hope the next 20 go faster then the first O0

Thanks for the info on the diet. It sounds like it may be good for me because I sometimes have the habit of only eating one main meal a day. I'll check out the site for more info. Again, great job. I've also taken off 15 lbs., but I'd like to take off 20 more to be in tip top shape.

What do people here concider to be "normal weight" for a man and lady? (I hear people saying, im fat or im skinny, whats normal?)

Go to wikipedia and look up BMI (the Body Mass Index). This helps explain it. I think the 30 percent number is roughly correct. Body fat percentage is more reliable than weight because some people, like athletes, have more muscle. If you went just by weight, many athletes would be considered obese actually.

Welcome to mothers world :::D Baby oil helps reduce the stretch marks, the skin is scarred but the oil helps lesson the effects. Apply after showering and before bed. Small amount or you be like a little greasy piggy.
Couple of drops it goes a long way.
You need to add toning exercises into your routine Yoga is very good for this, also helps stretch out muscles and relaxes the mind.

I mean, i got marks even on my shoulders, running vertical and horizontal. What on earth theire doing there, i don't know. :D

They say cocoa butter works too, and I have heard the commercial for Mederma treatments. I'm sure you guys probably look fine though, never be too self-conscious. O0

You remind me of my second husband, I made up coconut butter and raw sugar mix, great to wash with removes all the dead skin cells, I left it in a bowl on the kitchen bench and was allowing it to set.
I came back later half of it was gone. I called out to dimwit what had happened to it, he said that sweet was great could I make some more. He had eaten it :::D
Its natural and its ok, but he ate it :::D I still find it funny after all these years ;D

haha, I give about 0% attention to myself, in terms of beauty.
I like to have short hair, as it's 0 maintenance, and saves money on not having to buy shampoo.
Clothing, hagh, ill wear clothes up until i get arrested for inapropriate attire :::D
But then again, it shows I am an individual, and do not subscribe to trends and fashion (evils)
And hey, when things go sour, i can go bush and not complain O0
