How would you consider yourself in your health. I am ok, and I can improve on some areas like sleep and some eating habits, I know how Chaim feels about coffee but I do have a cup in the morning.

I just ate a nice large bowl of ice cream with maple syrup....

I've told you what to do about your weight.
Move to a depressed Northern town, live in a council house/flat, live on a diet of fish & chips, meat pies and Yorkshire pudding, drink 10 or 12 pints of Newcastle Brown Ale per day...........then you'll be a "big, fat northern b@stard".........Ee by gum!

I am in decent shape - I just need more sleep. (And I don't see anything wrong with a cup of coffee in the morning)

Its ok, I could sleep more, eat less sugar and salt (I put salt on my salt:P )
Overall, healthy though O0

I was in the Top Category, up until a month ago. I just had knee surgery last week and now I'm going through physical therapy... I'll get back in the saddle in 4-6 weeks, G-d willing!

Do you all commit yourself to exercise? I work out more in the summer cause you are more active in the summer but winter I try.

I had a torn lateral meniscus on the right knee... from all the years I played basketball.
The surgery was an arthroscopic procedure, it went well and so I'm resting for a couple more days until I go back to work.

:::D :::D :::D Strange for these comments at this time of year...unless there is an unofficial rugby match on :::D
Anyway, as for me, option 2. I really do love eating the right things you know. Just the family fall of the road sometimes, and im forced to eat their poison ::). Im quite healty in terms of helth as in doctors and nurses-thanks be to G-D. I don't smoke drink or do drugs(obviously :D). As for coffee...nope. I drink a LOT of water, i have a 500ml jug with me all the time, and usually drink about 2-3 liters of water.
The only problem is exercise. With university and all. But also, my bloody lazy dog :::D I used to walk 6-7 kilometers a day, but with the new puppy, only once around the field :-\ I have however told myself ill try and walk a bit this week. Also, if only i had some money, id really like to go to the gym and work on the upper body.
But yes, the weight loss is coming along beautifully! O0

I eat and exercise pretty well, but my sleep habits are terrible and screw up my metabolism. I have a prescription to Ambien and this makes things even worse. Oh well.

I use a lot of fruit and vegetables, don't eat frozen food.
Alcohol once/twice a week.
