In my opinion, they're the same sh*t.

I think Nazis were/are a little more determined to murder Jews specifically but the difference is certainly very slight.

I'll pretend you have a gun to my head and I have to choose between the two. I would obviously choose "communist", since a true "communist" wasn't for the destruction of non-Aryan people, and, more specifically, for the destruction of the Jews--which is what the Nazi's were all about. So I would have to choose the lesser of the two evils and not the evil of the two lessers.
The question (no offense) is like asking: What's worse bone cancer or ALS?

They both had incredibly evil consequences but there is one main reason why Naziism is more evil.
Naziism's sole purpose, was to exterminate the Jews. That was always Hitler's goal, and he admitted (To Islamic leaders) that the sole purpose of WWII was the extermination of Jews.
Communism's sole purpose wasn't the extermination of a people. But, yes, in order to accomplish its evil and twisted goals, millions of freedom loving people had to be slaughtered.

Communists, at least Nazis make clear who their enemy is but communists are deceivers and pretend to be everyones friend while using deceptive tactics. I rather know who my enemy is. But to be honest, they are both evil. That's like asking if you'd rather have aids or cancer, both hide their symptoms until it's too late.
What makes communism so dangerous is that people do not associate it in general as evil as the nazis, in many cases, young anarchists are tolerated waving this symbol while still carrying the ideology communism imprinted on society through socialism. When people see a swastika, they know what it means and respond accordingly, not so with communism.

Communism has killed far more people than Nazism. If you go by the number of deaths, communism is much worse. Stalin, Zedong, Tito, Pot, Sung, etc... were all monsters. Of course the difference is that Nazism as an ideology has been outlawed whereas communism, despite the fact that it has been attacked by the West and fervently opposed by many, continues to be a practicable and accepted ideology in some countries.

Communism has killed far more people than Nazism. If you go by the number of deaths, communism is much worse. Stalin, Zedong, Tito, Pot, Sung, etc... were all monsters.
That is because Nazism did not have much time to accomplish their goals.
The Nazis started with exterminating in 1940 and were defeated in 1945. The communists were active in Russia since 1917.
Of course the difference is that Nazism as an ideology has been outlawed whereas communism, despite the fact that it has been attacked by the West and fervently opposed by many, continues to be a practicable and accepted ideology in some countries.
Well the West invented communism. Communism arrived from the West to Moscow. And from Moscow communism was spread also to us at the Balkans!

I, along with most of you, agree that Normal Athiest may not belong in this forum;
BUT
Some of the comments made by a couple members here can drive away some of our core supporters. Yes, I agree that Jews should support Jews above all else. But when you make comments about preferring white non-jews to die, there are a lot of good people on this forum who will take this the wrong way. Again, I know what Ron is saying, but his I wish this rhetoric was never used; and it will potentially drive away some very supportive members here.

Actually I think the discussion was fairly enlightening. I fully expect Jews to be loyal to Jews above all else and I would hope White Gentiles would do the same. While mutual cooperation should be advocated for when possible that does not mean our goals are the same or that we will consider each other of equal worth.

But I also believe that the Jewish people have a special mission in this world and that we should have Jewish Unity as we did at the foot of Mount Sinai when we received the ten commandments.

I think that there should be a very good reason to ban someone. Trolls and Nazis are examples of people who should automatically be banned. Now, people like normal atheist who agree with JTF's views but have different opinions should be given a chance. He's only 16 and he's Jewish so I believe that we should try to convince him that some of his convictions are wrong and teach him better. I have to say, this forum needs more lively debates. Sometimes we need people with opposing views in order to argue with them. Isn't that the whole point of having a forum? Debating people with opposing views in a respectful and civil manner. Now if they can't debate in a respectful and civil manner then they should be given the boot. In my case, I know I'd love to debate Croats, Albanian and Bosnian Muslims on this forum (assuming they are literate, sane and civil), it makes the forum more interesting.

I also agree with many of you about NA. I have seen his earlier posts especially about his former thoughts that Jews should marry gentiles. I told him to ask chaim these questions on askjtf and he did. For a 16 year old Israeli, his english is a lot better thab my Hebrew, therefore he is intelligent. He should be given a chance and learn the proper Jewish way. Its up to him to throw his sick demented nazi like racist ideology. All of us descent Jews and righteous gentiles need to show him right and wrong. If he accepts and changes, and humbles himself, I have no doubt he will be a Jewish hero. If he chooses the other way, he goes in the same path that all other self hating Jews will go.
And I agree with ron and muman but with one adjustment. I would give my life toa righteous gentile or Jew white or black.

I could not agree more.... I read through the thread and I honestly can't believe some of the stuff posted. Off the cuff comments by casual posters are one thing but core members who know how hard it is to build support for our movement should be more careful of what they post. The idea here is to build membership and convince people of our positions on the issues not attack them and make them disgruntle against our movement. This is even more important when its a 16 year old secular Jew that seems to be indirectly looking for some answers.

Huh? Where have I denied that Judaism and Western civilization are one or had at least similar characteristics? I never said that. It is a fact that through Christianity some countries are more compatible to Judaism as a completely atheist country. No more no less.
And my opinion is, as I stated about 100 times, that Israel should NOT be the country it is. Israel is Westernized and in many ways unjewish. A Jewish State should respect more the Torah. But Israel surely doesn't. It's constitution is an adoption of Western values.
I also stated that e.g. homosexuals should be expelled from Israel - since there are many countries where this is surely more acceptable than in Israel. The Torah commands clearly that the Land has to be kept clean and the Sabbaths shall be observed. This is not the case in Israel - or only in some isolated orthodox communities.
