Wait… isn’t that racist?

Democrats are busy being the party of racism once again.

A group of SJW activists known as Students4Justice asked the University of Michigan to give them “a permanent designated space on central campus for Black students and students of color to organize and do social justice work.”

“We want documentation of past, current, and future student activism and this should be a permanent space that is staffed, and has resources for students to organize and share resources,” S4J’s letter demanded.

The University of Michigan is in the midst of building a $10 million center in the middle of campus for black students, according to The College Fix, but even that’s not enough for these leftist activists “because we want a space solely dedicated to community organizing and social justice work specifically for people of color.”

A campus spokesperson told The Fix they are actually working with Students4Justice leaders “to better understand their concerns.”

“This is our normal process,” he added.

An independent student news outlet, the Michigan Review, was the first to report on the demands and thoroughly criticized them:

“The same organization that criticizes the University for failing to create ‘an environment that engages in diversity, equity and inclusion,’ is calling upon the University to undermine these ideals by facilitating a sort of de facto segregation? One where space and resources are designated for students based solely on the color of their skin?

“To advocate for the ideals of diversity, equity and inclusion, while simultaneously calling upon the University to sanction these spaces on campus is both unprincipled and laughably regressive.”

In related news: a black man and woman set up a food cart in the Bronx on Thursday in front of the Supreme Court and gave away free donuts and orange juice. Their sign read: “Free food for black people.”

The New York Post sent a reporter over who was denied any freebies and they talked with one white woman who was also stiffed:

“Are you kidding me? If I did something like that, it would be considered hate.”

But the woman running the “blacks only” food cart insisted it was for any person of color.

“Mexican people are black,” she said.
