U.N. “Human Rights Council” Member Saudi Arabia Sentences Man to Death for Renouncing Islam
Saudi Arabia has a very active ex-Muslim underground. Ex-Muslims in the Islamic theocracy are active on social media where they anonymously criticize Islam while maintaining an outward show of Islamic values in public. Because they know what will happen to them if they are caught.
Here’s what the UN Human Rights Council member is doing to one man for renouncing Islam in the kingdom that was ISIS before there was an ISIS.
Saudi Arabia has sentenced an atheist to death for uploading a video in which he renounced Islam and the Prophet Mohammed.
The man has been identified locally as Ahmad Al Shamri who is in his 20s and from the town of Hafar al-Batin.
Saudi authorities first picked him up in 2014 after he uploaded the video showing men and women dancing which led to him being charged with atheism and blasphemy.
Saudi Arabia is a member of the UN Human Rights Council until 2019. It’s an open question as to how many people they can kill until their term is up. Meanwhile the UN spends most of its time criticizing human rights in Israel and the US.
Last year, the Saudis sentenced a man to 10 years in jail and 2,000 lashes on similar charges.
A court in Saudi Arabia has sentenced a man to ten years in prison and 2,000 lashes for expressing his atheism on Twitter.
The 28-year-old reportedly refused to repent, insisting what he wrote reflected his beliefs and that he had the right to express them.
The hardline Islamic state’s religious police in charge of monitoring social networks found more than 600 tweets denying the existence of Allah, ridiculing Koranic verses, accusing all prophets of lies and saying their teaching fuelled hostilities.
This is Islam. This is Sharia law.
Linda Sarsour has defended Saudi Arabia. Will she condemn this? Will her lefty defenders ask her to? Go listen to the crickets or to another man being murdered for Islam while Sarsour runs her usual routine.
