Chaim, I notice you didn't respond to my suggestion of a lawsuit.

I am very serious. This probably will be the only way we have a chance of fighting the kikes who run FagTube.

The good news, if there is any, is that the account is only 'suspended'. It could have been 'permanently disabled' like one of my accounts was. There is still a chance of recovering it.

I am dead serious. We need to consider legal action. The idea that we can numerically counter the Muslims on YT is insanity. In sheer numbers, Youtube Muslims and their allies surely outnumber us at a minimum of several thousand to one. Everybody here knows that.

After Youtube tells us to go screw ourselves, we really need to think about legal action.

We may have to put 2 or 3 new accounts to reupload these videos but Chaim is right you will end up starting from scratch. But this should make us more determine to get those numbers back.. Every day 2/3 times a day rate and add comments. Hope they get us back but if we don't get Jimmy's account back may not have much of a choice.

I meant we need to sue YouTube. We should have an open-and-shut case since they allow every Nazi video imaginable but pull ours. Of course, that is assuming a Bolshevik judge and jury decide to be merciful to us. But it's likely our only shot to save our Youtube campaign.

I am ready to do ANYTHING here. For the last 10 minutes, I have been to outraged, but now out of my anger, comes determination! I am determined to help in anyway possible. I'm going back to youtube, find as many videos as possible and comment about JTF.
And I already sent them one of my many emails that will be going to them.

If there is ANYTHING else I can do, please let me know!

I like the suing idea, but there is also something else we can do I have done it before when I dealt with bully companies and it works and gives them a HUGE fright:::::
Report them to the Deaprtment of Comsumer Affairs! Send them a letter of warning and then report them. It has worked for me! Believe it or not.
All we need to do is go by their state, find the office and report them, I'm sure it will get their attention and it does NOT require a lawyer of $, it's free and serious. I can look up the website right now.
I got 2 bullies off my familie's back, and to me JTF is like a family, I would do anything for it.

I do not know much about law but your idea seems to be very good

I am so angry over this. I have been so happy with the success of the recent YouTube videos and for this to happen is just awful.

Taking legal action isn't an option because YouTube is a private company. They can make whatever arbitrary rules they want and enforce them however they want without violating anyone's legal rights. There is no freedom of speech when it comes to private entities.

We should deal directly with YouTube about this. Allen-T managed to have his account reinstated, so maybe it's still a possibility. I'm not well versed in YouTube policy or their procedures for suspending and prohibiting accounts, but this seems similar to the Allen-T ban.

Does anyone know if this ban is permanent?

Here's the section of the Terms of Use dealing with YouTube's account termination policy:

B. YouTube reserves the right to decide whether Content or a User Submission is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Service for violations other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length. YouTube may remove such User Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

They have absolute authority and discretion to decide what is appropriate and what isn't. There are no standards for determining this, it is basically arbitrary. When YouTube deleted the account, they didn't violate any of their terms of use and the fact that there are Nazi and Muslim propaganda videos still on YouTube doesn't matter because YouTube has sole and limitless discretion in deciding what to remove.

Of course this isn't to say that they won't listen to complaints, we need to bombard them and share our frustration with them.

I have assisted and created an uploader for a friend in the past its not hard, just very time consuming.

And then no one can take or edit or delete the work.

I think C.F is right.

The youtube crowd are used to muslims crying about everything. Maybe mass complaints from 'croats' made them think some legitimate group is offended.
