Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Jodi Shupe says Martin Luther Jackson, 31, of Decatur has been charged with aggravated assault aggravated battery, cruelty to children and possession of marijuana after the altercation on November 23.

Shupe says Jackson and his 29-year-old wife have been separated since July and have five children, ranging in age from one to 13 years old. Jackson apparently started fighting with his wife after she and the children returned to their Conyers home on Thanksgiving.

Shupe says at one point during the fight Jackson apparently attempted to stuff his wife inside the kitchen oven, which had been left on to heat the house. The woman escaped and went to the sheriff’s office with visible head injuries.

"DAYTON, Ohio (AP) -- A woman suspected of killing her month-old daughter by putting her in a microwave oven was indicted on a charge of aggravated murder Thursday, and the prosecutor said he would seek the death penalty.

The indictment against China Arnold, 26, does not provide details on the death of Paris Talley.

Investigators have said evidence that includes high-heat internal injuries and the absence of external burn marks on the baby were consistent with a microwave oven. The baby died on August 30, 2005. Her mother was arrested last week.

"The Montgomery County coroner came to the conclusion that the injuries sustained by this baby could have only been caused by being placed into a microwave oven and having that oven turned on and [cooking] the baby to death," Montgomery Country Prosecutor Mathias Heck Jr. said at a news conference.

Heck declined to discuss a possible motive or release any other details about the case. He said Arnold would be subject to the death penalty if convicted because the victim was a child.

Defense attorney Jon Paul Rion said Arnold had nothing to do with her child's death. He said Arnold and the child's father had left Paris with a baby sitter the night before she found the baby unconscious.

"China has the moral courage and the confidence in her God that the truth will come out in this case," Rion said. "We will seek every single way possible to communicate to our government and to the jury in this case that China is innocent of all the charges."

Arnold is being held on $1 million bond. Heck said he will ask the court to order her held without bail at a hearing Tuesday."

Why would you be.  White racists put so many Jews in the oven during the shoah that perhaps you've become desensitized.  Remember, Hitler believed the Jews to be a different RACE apart from whites. So Nazi sympathisers see has actions as being justified then as many still do today.  To refer to such discrimination as "antisemetic"  rather than "racist" implies that so-called "aryans" and jews are the same people.

It only accomidates your own beliefs to think of it as apples and oranges.  Hitler himself may have not put a Jew in an oven, but his people and their beliefs are as screwed up as the racist ideology you yourself subscribe to.  As far as I can tell, there is no movement within black society to put human beings in ovens enmasse.  It's still only the action of one person.

So it's not a question of black society having an excuse or not.  White society didn't have an excuse then, nor do they have one now. The underlying idea then is that white people are the only people that matter.  This was their reasoning, and it seems to be the same reasoning you've now adopted. Your sentiments only demonstrate your desperation to be accomidated by this same nazist ideology, in that you are very quick to dismiss the experience of the past in exchange of being instantly gratified in the present. 

There will be blacks that will have societal issues from now until the end of time.   Being a racist will still never allow you to ingratiate yourselves to
the same whites who would rather smile in your face but then will call you a christ killing bloodsucker behind your back.  At least with blacks, you know where you stand with us, for better or for worse.

I have studied the negro in a variety of settings and have noticed that we they kill they prefer primitive weapons, such as razors, knives and low tech guns. You will notice the way the priimitives fought in the recent Union Square Farmers Market incident. The weapons involved were clubs, bats, metal garbage cans and knives. Considering, that some of these 'students' attended a science academy you would think that they could come up with something more technical, such as gas or an explosive. But alas, they reverted back to their african heritage, and fought in the same way that they fought back in africa when they raided a hostile tribe. One thing that did bother me however was that the cops put a stop to the conflict. What the white officers should have done was surround the tribes so the white shoppers would protected and the 'youths' could have fought to the death, with one biped the winner. By doing this, these future predators would be dead, but with street cred, and the cops would not be accused of racial profiling, brutality and insenitivity.

I agree that history will show that the motivation behind many of the innovations of whites has been inspired out of their desire to dominate, kill and cause harm to other tribes in their quest for supremacy.   The motivation behind blacks killing each other has little to do with supremacy and more with a lifestyle that embraces futility, dependence, and self-hatred -- a lifestyle that by no means is exclusive to blacks.
