Are agnostics / non-believers banned here?

Just a question: Are agnostics, non-belivers, atheists banned from this forum?
What about sinners, non-Torah keepers? Are sexually immoral, drunkards, idolators forbidden?
Or are those also people allowed to post and support Israel?

I ask it, because a member has read the rules in Let-be-land, which don't provide any banning for private acts, and holds that it is evil....

(Just to clarify, it doesn't mean that there are such people in Let-be-land, but we just enacted the same principles stated in the Argentinian Constitution, which say that private life is not subjet to any inquire)
