The NC state GOP has created ads against opposing candidates for governor. And the Democrat candidates who are running for governor, have endorsed Obama.
Of course, John McCain has criticized the NC state GOP for doing those ads.
However, the federal government can't tell political candidates at the state level what they can/can't have in ads. So McCain wouldn't have the right to force them to take it down and Howard Dean should stop whining.
They need to also have ads mentioning how Obama supports partial-birth abortion as well as his other ultra-liberal views from the state senate.
