I missed the Jewish Music Festival they have every year this time around, most of which is held at the local JCC.  But I did catch Regina Spektor down at the mall for the Israel @ 60 celebration last month.  I thought she was pretty good -- her style reminds me much of Tori Amos.  But I guess she's not frum enough for most people here to warrant any discussion or support of the music she does.

The Afro Semetic Experience was in town recently as well.  What you guys think of them?  Another bunch of self-hating race-mixing lefties I'd imagine.
