I like Coke the best out of all the sodas however one only has to read the corporate history to see that there are sort of evil people running the company. The Georgia based company was the driving force behind the presidential run of none other than Jimmy Carter. Its a company that was and most likely still is very involved in the Democrat party.

Be careful. Some other drinks and juices are made by the Coca Cola Company. Look at the bottom in the back of trhe bottle/can. I think sunkist and gatorade are made by Coke for example.

Gatorade and Sunkist aren't made by Coke.

Gatorade was made by Quaker Oats and Sunkist was made by General Cinema Corporation.

Thanks for the link Ben Yehuda... I only drank Sprite on occasion. I can do without!
However, I use Gatorade a lot in my work outs what should I substitute with? Powerade, Vitamin Water, there really isn't much out there that's good.

Michael Jackson ruined Pepsi for me for all time. I can't even look at the word without his face coming to mind. I only drink Pepsi if nothing else is around.

Dan, I think plain water and pure fruit juices are the best. All the other stuff is hype. If you eat balanced meals and in moderation with limited supplements you should be fine.

It is sillly to chose pepsi over coke just because of Mr Kent, whom I don't think is a real muslim. He used to be CEO of the Pilsen beer brewery in Turkey, a real muslim would never hold this position.

For years Pepsico had avoided Israel because of the Arab boycott, while Coke at the same time had opened factory in Israel and employed hundreds of Israelis. When Pepsi finally stated marketing in Israel many Israelis refused to buy it, even today they lag way behind Coke and even RC.

All theses kola and soda drinks are unhealthy though, which is why they should be avoided as much as possible.

Then there is the healthy living aspect of all of this. When I go to a restaurant I always order water. The only time I'll drink soda is if I have a sudden craving for it or if it is the only thing available.

This new head of Coke sounds like he's about as much a Muslim as Mayor Bloomberg is a devout and observant Jew.
