For my own good and sanity, I am going to be taking a break from everything for a while. Even though there is a lot in the news today to get enraged about, I've been letting my emotions get the best of me and that serves nobody well.

Read the book 'Signals'.

It is a book about body language.  It will change your life.

It is a short, easy read.  Extremely interesting.

If you don't read it, you have cooties!
