Well, there is this thing called Teshuva. I know a lot about it because some would say I strayed from the path in my younger years. It is sad that Novak is so self-hating that he has done this to himself. But the issue is just whether it justifies curses. As Rubystars pointed out this curse has been used too much. A curse should be reserved for the most evil or it loses its impact.
I did not hear this from anyone so I may be wrong. But since Hashem knows all of our thoughts and our writings and he listens to our prayers and requests, he is listening to your curses. If you keep on crying to him about how this and that is evil he may grow tired of your cursing and not listen to you any more. Sort of like the "Crying Wolf" phenomenon. It is wise to reserve curses for those who really wrong you personally.
With that said I think it is aweful that he turns his back on his heritage. Why I dont hate him about the Plame controversy... He didnt do anything wrong. According to the investigation he was not the source of the leak. When this was in the news I wrote to CNN asking them to fire him. Every day I fumed at the TV set and yelled at it because of Novak. But as I became more religious and understood more about our relationship with Hashem, I realized he didnt want me to be angry all the time. Hashem doesnt want me to go around hating people. This is not constructive energy, unless it is used to change the world for the better. As my EMMUNAH grew so did my hatred for Bush diminish . I did not vote for him, either time {Though I did vote for Reagan & HW Bush}. In retrospect I am glad that Gore did not win. Kerry would have been too lame {though I did vote for him}...
I will not judge a man before I know the facts. It is a sin to judge someone without knowing the facts. In Jewish law 2 witnesses are required in order for a fact to be established. This is one reason why so few were given the death penalty. One Capital punishment in Seven years would reflect on a bad Beit Din {House of Judgement, Court}.
Mishna (Makkot 1:10):
"A Sanhedrin that puts one person to death once in seven years is called destructive. Rabbi Eliezer ben Azariah says: Or even once in seventy years. Rabbi Tarfon and Rabbi Akiba say: Had we been the Sanhedrin, none would ever have been put to death." Mishnah Makkot, 1:10 (2nd Century, C.E.)
I severly oppose Novaks anti-Israel bias, but I have not personally heard it. If you want me to understand your position please provide a link which espouses this kind of bias.
Thank you,

PS: Manch, you call him a rodef though we've been through this... What makes him a rodef {Pursuer} in your eyes?
