Anyway I read what he is reputably eating everyday and the junk that he consumes daily is unbelievable. He is seriously endangering his long term health.
Frosted flakes are low in fat and high in fiber. Yes, they have sugar, but the guy's an athlete, he'll burn off the extra calories. Plus the protein in the milk helps alleviate the sugar problem somewhat.
