Do you think Obama wants to overthrow Arab governments?

In Obama's inauguration speech, he addressed opressive governments around the world and seemed to specifically call upon the Arab governments.  He said that their people would judge them if they used hate against the US and it would show weakness about their regimes.  He said that their days were numbered.  He didn't really talk about freedom or voting but rather than what the governments did for them. 

What was he doing here?  I know the Arab governments are evil but the left hates them because they stand in the way of an Al Qaeda leadership in those governments and they still do business with the USA.  Does Obama want to see the Taliban and Hamas types overthrow the governments of Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jordan?  Maybe he is setting the stage for a Muslim caliphate over the whole Muslim world?  He is maybe trying to set the stage for one giant Muslim communist government from Spain to the Phillipines, that he learned was so great when he went to the madrassa.

Yes, he wants a vibrant radical Al Qaeda in a worldwide Muslim state, which answers to him

And

He is quasi-muslim and his speech was  lip service, he wants to use muslims/his 'muslimness' to gain more power for himself

And

He wants worldwide socialism

And

He wants to be world leader

And

He was smoking crack snorting cocaine and smoking marijuana with Michelle gorilla-monster before and after the inauguration
