I don't think Chaim would agree with this part.  Muslim countries cannot be democratized.  Islam is not just a religion but a political system.  Sharia and democracy don't mix. 

Also it's quite possible that this group believes American financial aid would help Israel, whereas we're against it.

The thread is old.  I thought of the possibility that JTF could influence the policies that "think tank" advocates.

I was wrong.  I don't think the people who started that organization are as supportive of Israel as they claim to be.  However, people who support that organization probably do so because they assume that it's a good organization that support Israels.  So I think that maybe some people who support that organization would also support JTF.

     One Israeli based organization that might be worth pursuing an alliance with is the Women for Israel's Tomorrow (Women in Green) organization.      Chaim has offered praise for them on more than one occasion.
