I have to agree with Chaim.  When you go looking for it you don't find it.  When you are confident in yourself they come to you.

I certainly should not be giving advice after having been engaged several times. Unless you want to know how to get women and then break up with them - unfortunately, I'm an expert on that.

But I have seen many cases of men who found their special ladies after searching for them. Sometimes searching does help.
