This was an interesting video. A leftist Israeli defends Obama’s plan to nationalize health care. An outraged conservative woman yells out Heil Hitler in response. I doubt this woman was a Nazi. In the 4:41 of this video she tells him "look at my t-shirt." She said Obama hates Israel. She herself may have been Jewish.

I don't know for sure but I think people are misunderstanding this. I think she said it to mock the liberal. As in she's saying that the liberal, Obama supporters are Nazis. It's kind of like when someone is being overbearing and nasty and someone might say "Sieg Heil" to them, to mock them.
