I am locked out of my account JTFE2.  I can't get the password because I typed the email address wrong in my JTFenthusiast2 account.  When I used the password retrieval method now available it sent me the password for my first account that I was locked out of.  Shlomo, please use the email address in my first  JTFenthusiast account or I will email you at the gmail account above

Can someone please help me?  I have been locked out of my JTFenthusiast2/ysv to abu mazen account for a week.  Please see my initial post below for why I cant do anything about it and need an administrator's help

I emailed the jtf help address about a week ago.  I can't send pms to anyone from this account because I have so few posts.  when I click on your name for example it will tell me I can't see your profile.   I think that is because I look like a new account

Hi Lisa,

I can't even reposnd to your PM because I dont have enough messages under my belt so to speak.

The email address for my ysv to abu mazen account was typed incorrectly.  Remember when I had to give you my email so you could send me an evite to the meetings?  Anyway, for whatever reason I can't get into my jtfe2/ysv to abu mazen account,  AND I can't reset the password because I made a typo in my email.  So I need someone to resent my password and tell me what it is so I can reaccess my account OR they need to send me the link to reset it to the correct email account.  BTW, that email account IS LISTED as the same email for this account. Its just that when I typed in the email for this account, I spelled it correctly.
